Monday to Saturday 24h Outcalls
Sunday- Emergency outcalls only

We can do all your odd jobs. Read below and see which one is yours. As long as it's odd, it's for us to fix.
End of tenancy repairs/uplifting.
Furniture assembly.

Gutter cleaning or replacement.

Magic repairs to crazy damages on surfaces like countertops, pianos, floor, carpet, etc..
Deep cleaning.
Patio jet cleaning.

Charges that won't cost the earth  

Always a team of two...

DAYTIME OUTCALLS  
- £80+VAT (covering the first 45 minutes) and £100/hour +VAT thereafter up to 8 hours.

EVENING/NIGHT-TIME OUTCALLS  
- £140+VAT (Covering the first 45 minutes) and £180/hour +VAT thereafter up to 8 hours.

EMERGENCY OUTCALLS  
- A minimum of two hours charge will apply regardless the time of day without any main outcall charge up to an unlimited amount of hours.


Fixed prices can be arranged after an outcall is taken.
Finance (Instalments) may be available upon request.
Parking charges are to be discussed.
Costs are subject to VAT
Materials and fixings are not included.

Terms & Conditions
On spot payment at the end of each job.
For outcalls, a non refundable fee of £80 during daytime (8am-8pm) covering the first 45 minutes or a non refundable fee of £140 during evenings/night (8pm-1am) covering the first 45 minutes. VAT will apply.
A cost of £100/hour +VAT applies for each job during daytime (8am-8pm) and £180/hour+VAT applies for each job during night hours (8pm-1am) and time for the supply of any materials will automatically be measured accordingly and will apply to the cost.
For emergency calls, outcall charges do not apply, however, a booking of minimum 2 hours will be required.
Each of the costs listed above will stop at a maximum of 8 hours, even if the job will take 9 hours.
An invoice receipt will be released within 24 hours after the EFT, Tap on or Cash payment has been made.
An interest of 5% will apply to any unpaid invoice within 2 days and a compound interest of  5% will occur per total each 30 days thereafter for three months.
If within the time frame allowed the payment is not cleared, further action for recovery of funds will be taken.
