This particular £10m 8bedroom house built in the early 1900's has a unique museum like vibe and the client wanted to modernize the home office but at the same time keeping it in tone with the house exquisite finishes already existent. The room used to be red and very boring but having used forrow and ball high gloss, the walls were painted in a unique way leaving perfectly vertical brushes traces from the top of the wall to the bottom. There was the need of new custom made wooden sash windows and bespoke bookshelves made of solid oak with base units for storage that also had to be painted in the same color (bone) as the walls with furniture from Italy and a handmade wallnut desk this office has become very cosy to work from. The value of the project was around £120,000

This 1960's end of terrace house was pretty much boring up until we removed the back of the house and extended by 3m into the garden. A semi refurbishment was also carried out throughout but mainly, the new extension had to be perfect and the bespoke kitchen cut on site had to fit just right. This project comprises of some of the best interior design features, such as bespoke double glazing bi-folding doors abd windows with incorporated blinds internally and externally, roof orangery, pattern tiles, metro style wall tiles for the spashback mitre cut on the edges, quarts worktops, bespoke library style shelving made of solid oak but painted the same color as the kitchen, forrow and ball paint, led lights, entirely party wall sound proofing, a front driveway, etc..
It became a very cosy lovely little house that the client adores.
The value of this project was around £380,000
